Hardware Write-Protect Device

The Image MASSter DriveLock MD5 device is used to prevent accidental data writes to a suspect's hard drive during a forensic data seizure event or during forensic analysis activity. No special software is needed for the device. The DriveLock MD5 is designed to function with the IM Solo-2 Forensic unit (which has the ability to sense the existence of the device). The DriveLock MD5 provides the capability of generating an MD5 hash value during data capture operations using the IM Solo-2 Forensic unit and print them on the Audit Trail.
